• Use material here to identify, contact or harass the family in the video, the accounts that posted it, or anyone with a medical condition discussed on these pages.
• Present an edit or a meme image as an unedited photograph of a real child.

Intellectual property

Our text, layout and diagrams are ours. The clip, its frames and the meme images belong to their original creators and are used here for criticism, commentary and reporting, with credit where it can be established. If you own material shown here and want it changed, contact us and it will be handled promptly.

The caption templates we published are released for reuse without attribution. Everything else is not.

Third-party content and links

Pages link to reporting by other outlets. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement, and a quoted report is not a verification.
